2. Storage List: I have glass storage bottles for all my masalas/pulses with labels on my kitchen shelf. How do I know if when my bottle gets empty, whether I need to buy that ingredient or do I have it stored in the pantry? I just refer to my dry ingredients or pantry list. This has helped me save time. I don’t have to physically check for something only to realise I don’t have it. This list is in my cutlery drawer which is easily accessible in my kitchen. My actual storage area is a closet in the hallway. I cannot help it, I have a small kitchen. So creativity is called for!
