Awesome Tips to Reduce Your Grocery Bills

How do you make these lists?
Honestly, I don’t have any fancy formats. All you need is a pen and a paper and your needs. I know there are many apps available online but I prefer the traditional pen and paper and my husband can go over the ‘ingredients on hand’ list and the shopping list any time he is going close to the store or in case he fancies a special meal.
For the menu, you can use a white chalk board or if you have access to a printer, you can print a weekly menu format and use a pencil and erase for the next week. Save paper, save the planet.

And when you start saving big bucks in your family, your husband and children will surely come on board to support you with this.

Currently I am working on building my own physical recipe box so I just pick up the recipes I want to cook for the week and pick the ingredients from there.

Hint: My hubby will be able to do this too and probably he may take on some more cooking!
